Careers

OpenTEAM is proud to have a well-trained, highly-qualified, and talented staff.

As a community facilitated by Wolfe’s Neck Center for Agriculture and the Environment, OpenTEAM seeks individuals with a passion for sustainable agriculture, community, the environment, technology, and outdoor recreation. We hire individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including the natural sciences, agriculture, humanities and education.

Wolfe’s Neck Center supports a more equitable and just food system for all and works towards creating a more inclusive farm learning and working environment for those who are historically and currently under-supported in agriculture. This includes but is not limited to women, people of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, veterans, low-income individuals, people of diverse religious and non-religious affiliations, immigrants, and asylum seekers.
